The landlord may make additional verbal agreements regarding house rules during the booking process. These agreements are considered formal and binding, and no deviations are permitted. By confirming the booking, you agree to all stated conditions.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges. Upon final booking, all conditions are deemed accepted.
